Hi Alex, Carol, and Steve.. Thanks so much for your wonderful comments. Your right Steve about being slow, I should have done some vertical compositions but did not think about it at the time. After all day taking car photos in the heat my brain was fried.

Bit slow on the uptake on this one, Alan! But now that I've seen it, let me just say that I think it might be the best firework shot I've ever seen! Beautiful, clean image.

Hey Don, You snuck in while I was typing. Thanks for your really nice comment. Yea as soon as the camera caught up I would push the shutter again. Then change the shutter speed and do it some more. I had a hundred shots in about a hour. Too much fun. Glad you liked my photo :-)

Beautiful FW capture Alan! I have taken a gob of shots too. They add up quick, don't they? It's fun because yoou never know what they will turn out like. This is a beauty. Don

I thought your picture was a beautiful flower. *g* But IT is beautiful fireworks!! I only heard the ones here. It was rainy and my children thought I should stay in. I saw the lights of them from my window and heard the Big Bangs, of course!! A wonderful picture, Alan.
