It is the time of year that men in touch with their primative side, have a strange desire to kill something and preserve the meat to prepare for a long winter. You have to. To anyone else, I guess it just looks like over seasoned raw meat bathed in choking smoke, I should have put a girl in it. LOL This just great! An you might have won the contest, too. lol We folks in the colder climates have to stock up on the pantry before the snow flies. Actually it makes me feel ill looking again at it. I don't eat meat! LOL

Interesting image, I have a little grandaughter from the South Island who just loves this, I don't know where they get it but, this image helps as I'd also never thought to much about it. nice shot, from someones whos not a big meat eater, tends to make the mouth water.
