About This Image

This was taken at a remote beach in the East Coast
of the North Island New Zeland. There were Bluebottle
jellyfish, Other Blue Jellyfish and these clear ones
all different sizes washed up on the beach and
swimming in the surf. We did not see them before
all the kids went swimming. Us mothers told them
to get out of the water luckly no one was stung

Lesley I have lots of blobs lol. I loved how they looked in different lights. Unfortunately I could not capture how they magnified sand beneath

Ikka I never thought of that. you are right it did. It looked like jelly and was magnify the sand and the colour under it. thank you for looking and leaving a comment
