Hi Alex, Thanks for your wonderful comment. It is amazing how the critters can survive out here when it gets up to 110 degrees or more in the summer. My birdbath is a favorite hang out for a lot of them :) I'm always amazed at how they can land on the cactus like it was nothing.

Nice bird capture Alan. Yes, it does seem that the bird has ruffled feathers over something. The clarity is wonderful.
