Thanks Alan,poppies are wonderful flowers to photograph,I have never seen wild poppies growing but we do plant them.

Well Carol, I really don't remember when they start showing up around here, I'm thinking around May. Last year I think I saw two of them and only for a minuet, maybe more will be around this year. My birdbath has been running 24/7 for years so they should know where it's at LOL.. It was beautiful here yesterday but today it's back to windy and cloudy... The poppies are starting to show up so warmer weather has to be close.

Me too,im ready for flowers,hummers,butterflies,dragonflies.Its raining here today and is getting rid of a lot of snow.Thanks Alan for viewing and commenting. When do your hummers show up?

Hi Carol, It's so nice to see some summer and Hummer photos. Beautiful shot!! I love all of the green, I'm tired of dull winter colors LOL..
