a trio of those huge Romneya Coulteri poppies, - also known as Matilija poppies, California Tree Poppies, and Dream of the Desert poppies, as well as White Bush poppies, - forgot to say, they also have a lovely scent, not too strong, just pretty.

these are growing in a house that's for Sale, near here. Will have to get the plant book out to refresh my memory re the correct name.
