Golda, thanks for the nice comment. I had to go look at the image data, no flash was used. This was shot over five years ago, but I recall the illumination was open shade next to a building, probably with lighting enhanced from white cumulus clouds, which kept the color from going too blue. Exposure was 1/30 second at f/2.1, ISO 100, so it wasn't very bright.

The composition was as-found, no rearranging. The grower brought the peppers to a picnic for people to sample. Not too many takers.

I like how you have all these bright red colour with not to much gree, but just enough, I bet they are hot. very good shot
