this beautiful Great Blue Heron seemed not to be bothered by me leaning out the vehicle window to capture these images. It just went on wading through the water, looking for food. There was a very strong wind blowing.
Not sure what happened to those feathers sticking out on either side of the heron's wings, - maybe due to the wind

thanks Alex. Am wondering what the blurring is, in upper portion of frame. Think it must be something to do with the strong wind that day.
