Hi Karen, was a bit concerned too, when I heard the truck coming, - but this is the first time I've seen a heron right on a road like that. Hopefully he'll survive.

Gosh, I hope this one doesn't end up as road kill. Looks like a dangerous place to play! Good series of action shots.
