Heron in deeper water

thankyou for the nice praise, Alex D, happy you like it. No, I don't have a new lens, - somehow the wrong info got in there, - I was using the 100-400 lens for this heron capture. It's nearly always on the camera when we head out :) - but sometimes I switch over to the other lens while out, according to the situation. I do like the 24-105 f/4L also. Am not sure what happened but my "set" info in the "tools" section above, all disappeared, so this is how the mistake happened, as the info re both lenses was no longer in the memory at the gallery, so the shot before had been with the wider lens, so that was the info that appeared and I hadn't noticed. I've corrected it since on this image.

Beautiful colors and detail on this one, Alandra. It seems you have a new lens. You're not using your long lens. How do you like this one? Great capture given that you must have been fairly close to get this shot.
