This individual was trying to clear a window pane to look outside, he must have been a recent skin graft patient by the look of the mask he had on, only the tip of his nose, lips & eyes were showing.

Yes Steve it was inside ice ... and yes I too now realize that it is unsual shot but this is the type of photos that I love, the unexpected, the unusual, the mind capting shots, but again that's my taste. Thanks for your stopping & commenting. OB

He must also have been very cold, if that amount of ice is on the inside of his windows! A very striking and unusual image.
