this gull was very large. He had a shellfish and fly up drop the shellfish. land on the pole and repeated until the shell was broken and he could get his lunch. he was very persistant.

Alandra you would have to watch where you walk in Walnut season lol They are very clever how they get their food

Love the feet as he lands on the pole, Tania, great timing! Know what you mean re cracking the shellfish, have seen crows also drop walnuts to the ground, from telephone lines etc. to crack them.
