Quite a large works in our town they employ a large number of people, My son is a supervisor there, It is a beef killing plant, as far as I know most if not all the meat is exported overseas, the average kill per year is about Two hundred Thousand stock

Thanks, it is kept really clean with cherry blossom trees growing up the road way, all the lawns are kept mowed, it is very tidy when you think about it, the stock yards are right down the back out of sight, yet is very tidy down there also

I really like the proportions of this shot. It's funny how sometimes a not very promising subject (I don't think anyone would argue that this a pretty factory!) can nevertheless make a powerful image. Great shot!
