About This Image

Because we have alot of fog here,I have come to appreciate it's ability to create a seamless soft background, which gives the image a dream like quality.

Hi Golda, a very familiar scene, - could be Steveston :) Lots of fog around here lately, but in Ladner where I was in hosp it was wonderful and sunny.- also in White Rock it was not foggy, very strange.

Wonderful photo Golda!! There is always something about boats and fog. You have learned how to use the fog very well... Great photo I really like it.

I like this shot very much, Golda. You are so right about the dream like quality of fog and mist. In this image I like the way that the foreground boats have full dynamic range from black through to white, whilst the foggy background is restricted to tones of grey. A lovely juxtaposition.
