Thankyou Anne for looking in, not the best photograph, I shot through a closed window, they are a very flighty little bird, I have never heard of cedar waxwings so I'm sorry I can't help there, the leaves are wet camellias, we have had so much rain the last week or so.

I liked your feeder, (grin)and I have never seen a bird like that. We used to have cedar waxwings - is it in same family? The leaves were so shiny. A very pretty picture. Anne
