UPDATE: I have now actually cloned out the tree top at the bottom and adjust the contrasts up as suggested. AND... Last night I received "Honours" at my Photographic Society meeting. It was my first entry since joining a few months ago too. :-) Mel.

Mel, here we have some serious stuff ! Great ! Agree with Steve regarding the bottom right corner. Don't be afraid to saturate the colors here: low brightness and high contrast all the way ! Ciao

Hi Steve & Lulu, thanks for your comments and suggestion again. Yes this could work for the Lines & Curves challenge. I actually composed this shot for a "Red" challenge, however didn't enter it as I couldn't make the meeting. Maybe I have 2 condenders now! ;~) Mel.

Looks like another entry in the "lines and curves" contest to me! And no need to guess whose curves they are! :) But seriously, it makes an interesting composition, although I'd have got rid of the tiny bit of tree top in the bottom right hand corner.
