About This Image

I found this location to shoot the passing storm. As I set up the large thunderhead started to collapse down. I took this just as it was ending. Five minutes later a strong wind came through. I have heard the weathermen discuss a collapsing storm. This was the first I have actually witnessed. This was the first of many spring storms we will have pass across NE Oklahoma.

I guess it's a bit like a souffle when you take it out of the oven. I suppose that open spaces like Oklahoma allow one the opporturnity to witness weather as it changes. Out here is CA, that is difficult to witness. Great photo. I like the stand of trees under the storm.
