This is the type of dry scrub bush that the deer hide in, I couldent see one for looking, my little grandaughter spotted two.

Thanks Whittler for looking in, Otago has a major rabbit problem and I know where most of them are either hiding or living, when they see you comming they scatter under these bushes.

Thankyou Alandra for looking in, I really like this kind of landscape, where I live everything is always green,but in the south the land is much rougher, I always wounder what might be looking back from the bushes that I can't see, its a dramatic landscape but beautiful.

I love this one too, Lorraine. Agree with everything Anne wrote. We have those "bunny bushes" here too where the little rabbits run to hide from the hawks and eagles.

Thankyou so much A.Lovely i glad you liked it, it is part of the terrain in the south, the deer can hide in it so easy, as well as an great place for the bunnies to dash for cover from the hawks looking for a meal.
