Terrific close up of the Dragonfly. They can be so beautiful. Wishwe had more of them around here, but not enought ponds in the mountains.

great macro of the dragonfly, really neat type also. Don't see those around here. Almost looks like 2 of them : ) Like the shadow of it on the wood, also.

Hi Mary - this is very unusual. Very strong lines in the composition, fantastic depth of field, and I'm beat as to the filtering you've used. The wood and the dragonfly look as if they've been enhanced as a single unit, in term of colouring and texture.
