Returning from Roanoke Island one afternoon we saw these boats tied up and ready for the next morning's fishing trips (or should I say "Crabbing" or "shrimping" with the live traps?)

Thanks Alandra - this reminds me of several small coastal fishing villages too. Roanoke Island is a photogaphers' dream - we're off to Currituck Lighthouse tomorrow on our day off so it may be another week or two before we go back to Manteo and Roanoke Island. We're having a great time over here. Super coworkers (30 Workampers at our campground), and really fascinating campers and local residents.
