I've been working on getting skinny now for over a year and

doing pretty good. I do a lot of hiking and taking photos along

the way. This is just a say cheese photo of Daisy and I resting

in the shade after a rough up-hill and back down hike, it was a cool

94 degrees. This trail starts in Kingman, AZ and if you can walk and

walk you can end up in Golden Valley, AZ that's around 7 miles away.

It is mostly used by people on pedal bikes. For some reason this photo

my face has white on it and some of my hair is extra white. My son took

the photo so blame it on him :)
