This is in LaPlace, Louisiana at a busy intersection. The intersection is at the entrance to my Mom's subdivision in LaPlace, Louisiana. The garden is maintained by a lady who is a volunteer. Volunteerism is a great thing. More people need to do it. If you are not a gardener maybe you can volunteer to fight fires, be an auxillary police officer, or help society in many ways. It is worthwhile to voluntter and more people need to do it.
