About This Image

View from the château at the top of this ancient village perched on a rocky outcrop. The setting sun added warmth to the light, and some interesting shadows in the valley.

I like the mixture of the tiled roof tops and lush, green fields. There is a nice variety of colours in the roofs and the perspective almost makes it feel as if you're flying over the scene. :)
