About This Image

The stairway to the top of Dingmans Falls winds through a dense forest. This is one of the last fall views before the path goes deeper into the woods before reemerging at the top. In a few weeks this view of Pennsylvania's second-largest waterfall will be harder to see when the magnolias bloom.

We better keepour fingers crossed that the magnolias get to bloom this year, Carol. The storms have been really wicked - I'm not being smart writing in the truck with lightning all around me right now. Our office was hit a couple of hours ago - took out 2 computers and the phone system. Our WiFi tower by our site down the hill was zapped two weeks ago so I can't post new images til that's fixed, and this area of PA is under a caterpillar siege eating every leaf around. It 's a bit daunting at the moment! Vicki
