What a nice photograph. I'm glad the little bird was able to fly away to the feeder. Good capture of a tender moment.

Thanks Lorraine and Mary, yes this little bird hit very hard I was very happy when he did fly off right to the feeder, so I think he will be fine.

Poor little fellow, I think the warmth from your hand helps them recover quicker.
