About This Image

Mountain Cedar trees line the river banks in the central Texas Hill Country. In the fall they turn a lovely red. These rivers and streams are fed from underground aquafers and are very clear.
Cottonwood trees also line the riverbanks but their leaves turn from green to brown.

Thank you for all the feedback. I, too, was looking for a colorful reflection. Maybe the overcst sky had something to do with it.

Very pretty Karen! I'm surprised that red coloring of the leaves wasn't reflected in the water. Adds to it's interest..
