beautiful image of the cardinal, Carol, - great detail and the feathers seem to have a lovely "bloom" on them. Sure wish we had these cardinals around here.

Thanks Alan and Mike for the lovely comment, I did remove the spills or shall I say covered them with clone tool,thanks to Talsi suggesting it, I think it looks better, do you? It will be coming up under newest images.

Another great bird photo Carol!! The cardinal's red sure stands out really nice against the greens. Very nice exposure, colors, and focusing. The bright green branch at the top is a tad distracting. Great Job!!

The cardinal is beautiful - nice job. Is there any way you can clone out the bright pine needles at the top?
