About This Image

It has been 150 years since camels traveled through Kingman, Arizona. Well today they traveled down Beale street once again. Today the town of Kingman had a parade and celebration about the camels. If you would like to learn more just do a search for Lt. Edward F Beale.

Hi Beverly, Thanks again for your nice comments.. The camels were very tame and giving rides around the school yard. They would bend down on command so the people could get on and off of them.

Hi Alex, Thanks very much... Yea I've gone from three miles per gallon hot rods to eighty miles per gallon of water Camels... They sure are a lot easier to photograph :)
