Thanks Rufous03, it was actually quite a glarey photo and I used photoshop to adjust the colour slightly, I shall try your advice tho, thanks.

Cute kittens, nice image. On the negative side, from what I can see here the fur on the front kitten is overexposed. If you have control of your flash, try adjusting the power level down a bit.
