We had a brown thrasher come to our feeders today.It was the first one I had seen in this area.

I was wondering what these were. I have a picture of on of these guys from a garden trip. And, I certianly did not do it quite the justice that you did in capturing it. What warm colored lighting and sharp detail. Splendid.

Thanks - I haven't seen a brown thrasher for years. And never one so close to me. *g* Ted would put the food out a few of the birds just flew to higher branch and waited. *g* A beautiful picture - nice for a bird book!
