About This Image

This isn't a great shot, but I like it. I took in a hurry, through the window of an old store in the Old Port section of Portland, Maine. The store had been closed for quite a while, and the bottles were very dusty. Hope you can enjoy the beauty of something gone past, as I do.

I enjoyed viewing this capture. I too love old bottles, and well, any thing old. :-) But glass has such a wonderful history to it. I used to have green, molded, cone shaped bottoms, ship bottles that I have given to my oldest son. He is a collector. I found it on the shore in NE Harbor. It's always fun to find glass of interest.
