Nice close-up of this Blue Jay Alex,and compilmenting background to match.Do they show off their nicely colored wing and tail feathers around feeding time?

Great shot Alex. We have a couple here that sneak up and eat the dry cat food I put out for the homeless cats! They prefer it to the sunflower seed I put out for the birds. :>)

what a beauty. we don't get these here, just the deep blue Stellar's Jays. but these Blue Jays are in other areas of the province, am sure we used to see them in the Interior when we first moved to BC back in the 50's
