Blue Flower Cluster

Call me crazy, but it looks like a delphinium hybrid to me (I have a few out back that look fairly similar)

There are so many of these Penstemon types, the only one in my book it resembles is Alpine Penstemon, the one you mentioned I don't see in any of my books.

I'm guessing this is a Penstemon humilis; Low Beardtongue. If you know, could you tell me for sure? Thank you.
