Birdhouse & Wisteria vine, in winter sunlight

thankyou Anne and Alex, glad you like it. I should get DH to turn the birdhouse so that it faces east, Alex, maybe the chickadees will then use it, but I thought we had the old birdhouse facing the same way as this one, so we could watch them going in and out of their house. Madeson added a different front to the birdhouse, as the original opening was too big for the chickadees, and they won't build nests in them if the opening is large enough for bigger birds to get into them.

What a nicely done photograph. I like the natural wood on the bird house and it also has a bit of green from the weather. It blends along with the greenery about the bird house. Very enjoyable.

What a neat shot,you need a vacancy sign on it.lol I have my bird houses facing the east so they don't get the afternoon sun shining into it.

thankyou both, Anne and Lorraine. A relative made the birdhouse for us. Sorry to say, no birds nested in it last summer tho', can't understand why.
