Mel, most of my plants, sculpture, well most of my yard in general has come from Palmers but no, I haven't been there lately. Michaels parents bought me a lime tree for my birthday. I now have a "citrus grove" by my clothesline. Oh, might have to go to Palmers for a coffee. They do great coffee and food.

Thanks Alandra and Lulu, I wanted to capture that grand old tree in the background and frame the photo with the birdhouses around the tree. Lulu, have you been to Palmers lately? It's amazing and full of things to look at - Paul and I only brought a Mandarin tree - and we couldn't decide what else to buy!

We have a bird house like this in our garden but my in-laws decided to paint it and make it look new again. I like this weathered look better. I like the way you have captured the four of them in the shot. Great composition.

what a unique shot, and a unique photo of the collection of birdhouses. I like their weathered appearance.
