My son had a clean out in his garden several years ago and I rescued this rose on the way to the dump, it now grows very well at my front door.

Thankyou Talsi and Jas for your kind comments and looking in, I really love roses, A local couple have sold there property and the new owners dont want the roses, we are going to get some on the weekend, I'm delighted, and its the right time of the year to shift them.

This rose is very much like my friend's, chrss35, rose. This is a great macro shot; the colour is beautiful and focusing, 'spot on'.
