About This Image

I followed this bee all round the garden until it finally settled on this Pieris Japonica, 'Valley Valentine's' pretty pink/red flowers. It only settled for moments, before it disappeared.
Thanks for viewing :)

Chriss, Art, Lorraine and Ann, thanks for all the very nice comments; I'm still practicing with the new macro lens and I'm hoping to improve a little bit with each photo. Yes, Lorraine, it's certainly frustrating when you think you've got the perfect shot and then the bee/butterfly, whatever, flies off! I guess that's where patience comes in eh? Thanks for looking everyone. :)

My, when I opened this wonderful photograph, it just was breath taking. The flowers are so beautiful and colorful and the bee is so clear. This is truly a wonderful capture.

Dont they make you mad, you think they have settled and the move again, make you wonder if they are just having you on the chase for the fun of it.

Great capture. You can see he's been busy as he's covered in pollen.
