Mike says it all, and I think this is the most successful of your egret series. The composition is perfectly balanced, and the detail in the rock doesn't distract at all. On top of all that, the foot that's just leaving the water is magically caught!

now this is better pinetree3 the lovely pastel colours reflected on the water the brilliant whiteness of the egret and just to break it up the living rock good capture x
