I normally think of a 70# dog as large, but not when he's` sitting in front of this tree. Shows nice scale.

Thankyou everyone for your comments.Alandra,I was quite surprised that he sat so well for me too.I have been trying to find some way of showing just how large this tree is and I think I am on the right track with some thing under it, to show the scale.

really pleasing image. Goodness, what a huge tree that is, Golda! Beau is being very good, sitting like that while you captured the image. The background is really nice also.

Excellent shot! The dog helps to give scale to the tree, and I like the backlighting, and the contrast between white dog and dark tree.
