You are so fortunate - keep that lens focused for young'uns! Those will be awesome images - and you're right there! Is there a website to view the other one you mentioned? Hugs, dear friend - Vicki

Hi dear Vicki, am glad you mentioned the word "aerie", as had totally forgotten that! Well, it's not hard to see that nest, as it's just in the park where we go to watch the great horned owls, so have always been aware it's there. Infact I took pics of it before having the telephoto lens, but of course the pics didn't show much. There's another eagle aerie close by also, according to a young fella I was chatting with the eve I took this pic, -he says there's a camera hitched up above it, to record the happenings in the nest, "for all the world to view". Several webcams have been set up around this general area at eagle nests. Interesting to watch. hope all's well, love from Alandra

Alandra - how did you ever spot this aerie? Eagles are elusive about where they build them and will fly a long ways in another direction so predators don't find them. No one ever did locate the aerie of the pair at Alva - and many looked for it. Vicki
