Am glad you enjoyed viewing this Alandra. Yes, the ship does look out of proportion here. There aren't too many places, where a ship of this size, can get into port because the water isn't deep enough. Sometimes they have to anchor off shore and the passengers are taken ashore in tenders. This problem won't get any better, of course, because the new liners, that are being built, are all much bigger than this one!

really nice to see all these places, Jas, how interesting. And lovely photo into the bargain, - reflections are great. The ship somehow looks out of place, or out of proportion, if you see what I mean, -- for such a pretty place, - it looks so huge as if it doesn't really belong there! Behemoth comes to mind, not sure if I spelled that correctly.

Thanks for your comments, Cindy and Johnnyo. It was very still that day and whenever you have mountains, or snow, around, it always seems very quiet too. It is a very beautiful part of the world; some parts of New Zealand are very similar.

Looks like there is no wind with the exhaust going up vertically from the funnel. Another lovely photo of a ship and water.

Such a well captured image that really shows the size of such a huge ship. Well done and the scenery looks perfect :)
