Art - for some resom my server rejected your e-mail address so here is my response My favorite places to photograph around Asheville are the Blue Ridge Parkway (vistas and flowers) and The Great Smoky Mountain Nat. Park (vistas, flowers, rivers & stream old buildings elk in the Cataloochee area, wildlife, waterfalls and cascades) Then there are many waterfalls in the Brevard area . The Biltmore house is a great place to visit and take photos. And downtown Asheville is good for street scenes. Just driving around the many country roads in the area will offer you many photo ops,. I do hope you enjoy your stay here and that you will post some of your images on Lens Flare. Would love to see them

There is so much to enjoy in the capture, Talsi. The colors caught, the composition, the waves and their reflection, the branch as the focus to a wonderful sunrise. Great!

Another great image Beverly. Spending some time at the shore I see. I have a favor to ask of you Beverly. I'm going to be in the Asheville area this summer on vacation with some friends and I'm wondering if you could pass along some info on unique and must see spots in the area.
