Alleys are a great place to see what the owners are really like. They usually don't care what the backside looks like. The owners of these buildings don't care what the front looks like either!!

Thanks! These buildings will probably be torn down during a city "renewal" program which is only a block away from them. The residents will spread out to other neighborhoods & then the police won't be able to find them quickly. What goes around comes around.
