Just above the Red Ensign on the Turk is the red and white building of the old Cunard White Star Line..Between the two masts is the Art Deco style tower of the Mersey Tunnel ventilation system and to the left of that is the bulk of the Mersey Docks and Harbour building with its central cupola ..Behind that are the twin towers of the Royal Liver Building .. Pronounced Lyver from the old Lyverpool of 1207 ..
