This I just took 2 days after the previous shot. Whoa a very cold night and a fresh dousing of snow, time to crank up the fires!! Winter is here.

Thanks all for the wonderful comments. It does seem our weather patterns are changing dramatically. Only a short while ago we were in the middle of a terrible drought. It is nice to see the mountain with snow on tho, it looked so bare before.

Lovely shot of the snow-capped mountain and low cloud. We have just had a week of very cold North-easterly winds and you wouldn't believe it's supposed to be Spring! Hopefully, the coming week will be better. :)

Cindy, when we reached Middleboro, Massachusetts almost three weeks ago there was still snow on the ground that hadn't melted yet . . . now here you are getting ready for ski season! Curious weather this year. I really like this image - amamzing how different the two images are in such a short time!Vicki
