Looking across the Ohio River from the Amphitheater at Wheeling, West Virginia. The 150 year old Suspension Bridge can be seen in the background. This was taken the morning of the 9/04 flood in Wheeling. The Amphitheater is covered with flood waters, the Celtic Cross remains above the high water line.

Awesome picture. Looks like the cross is standing on the water and I love the fog "holding up" the bridge.
