A very thought provoking image Ann. The mix of colours, on the memorial tablets; flags and stonework is really nice, against the greenery. This is an image that will touch the hearts and souls of many people. :)

Thank you Alan, Carol and Talsi for leaving comments on my photograph. My heart was so full as I watched this older man viewing the names as I realized that the fellow must have had many memories going through his mind, as he stood there viewing.

What a awesome photo!! Wonderful colors, focusing, and composition. The man standing off center really works great with your center composition.. Oh and nice timing catching the flags out in the breeze. I'm a Korean Vet, 1972 and this photo hit home with me...
