A blob of something

I think it is sort of a jellyfish too, but I wasnt going to touch it in case it stung me. There were lots on the beach - all different shapes but all roughly the size of 1/2 of the palm of my hand.

Yes, it does look like a kind of jellyfish. I like how the sand is covering the top ridge, giving it the look of a gem stone. :)

We have Jelly fish that look like this was up on our beaches in New Zealand. Great capture

This reminds me of a type of jellyfish that washes up on Texas beaches.
