I do not what kind of flower it is, but it looks like a delicate bloom on a weed's body. Any ideas what it is?

This plant to me looks like 'Monarda' the common name for it is Bergamot. Bergamot hybids are at home in the herbaceous border where they need moist soil and shade from the mid-day sun.
