Tioga falls after a good rain

Tioga Falls, Ft. Knox, after getting a lot of rain. This was about half a mile from where I parked at. I hiked the trail there and just as I got there, it started to rain (aargh!). I was able to get this pic of it at normal aperture and shutter speed before I had to put the camera up.

The only thing I did to this picture afterwards was run it through the Neat Image program which only took out a small amount of noise.

Thank you all for the compliments! This is the only real waterfall, viewable like this only after a decent rain. For this pic, I had my camera in vibration-reduction mode which is pretty much auto everything with VR.

I'll try again sometime, hopefully without the rain...

You were right, Jay. This is a beautiful waterfall. Go figure that the rains would start again. The main problem I had at the base of Taughannock Falls was the mist. It came way out over the viewing area so I was unable to get the real close-ups I wanted.
